Hello, I’m Yvette Puliga – The Health & Vitality Mentor
I support women and men over 50 who feel ready to make lasting changes to their lifestyle and choose to regain their vitality, health and joy for life.
This was my choice too. After divorce, weight gain and physical changes I’ve experienced the roller coaster of transformative emotional changes from the depths to the heights.
I’ve tried everything, or it feels like it! I’ve built on my training and qualifications in coaching, nutrition and fitness and learned what works well, and what’s best to let go of.
My experiences over the last 5 years inspired me to create my group health programmes and adventure retreats. These are specifically designed for people who have faced:

- Mobility issues
